The Delivery address
The products you have ordered will be delivered to the address given by you in your order. Please note that we do not deliver to temporary addresses, P.O. Boxes, reply numbers or poste restante. We deliver our products to addresses all over the world.
Price
The products ordered will be charged against the sales price as indicated on the web site at the time of placement of your order. The delivery costs and any applicable taxes or import duties are included in the sales price.
Return policy
You may return all products ordered within seven working days after their delivery, provided they are undamaged, complete, unused and in their original packaging. Seals may not be broken and the packaging of CDs, videos, DVD's, CD-Rom's and other carriers of music, film or software may not be opened. Only the costs of returning items are then for your account. You may also return any products ordered within seven working days after their delivery if the product is damaged or incomplete or not the product ordered. You should resent these in their original packaging, by registered mail with sufficient postage to:

After the returned product is received by us, we will credit your payment within 14 days. If you returned the product because it was not the product ordered or it was damaged or incomplete, we will then also refund you the return shipping costs.
Delivery time
In general orders are delivered seven (Europe), 15 (USA and Canada) or 20 working days (Central and South America, Australia, Oceania, Asia and Africa) after your payment has been confirmed. In the event a product is temporarily not in stock, you will be advised of this by email within 2 working days after the placement of your order. In case we cannot ship your product within 30 days after you ordered it, you can cancel your order at no charge by sending an email to the helpdesk. In the event a product is not deliverable, we have the right to cancel your order free of charge. You will be advised of this by email.
Liability
André Rieu Productions B.V. accepts no liability for damage, except if such damage can be imputed to an intentional act or omission or gross negligence of André Rieu Productions B.V.
